Gästehaus Kloster Bethanien

The guesthouse Kloster Bethanien is located in St. Niklausen on a high plateau, 30 minutes' walk from Flüeli-Ranft, the place where St. Brother Klaus lived.

The unique panoramic view over Lake Sarnen and the Obwalden mountains invites you to come to rest and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. The region offers numerous hiking trails in summer and a wide range of activities such as skiing, sledging and cross-country skiing in winter. Flüeli-Ranft with its chapels and the birthplace of Brother Klaus is just a short walk away. The Melchsee-Frutt ski area and cross-country skiing facilities in Langis-Glaubenberg are also nearby.
